The World Health Organization estimates that 5 to 15% of amputees in any given population have access a prosthesis. This figure is likely worsen as the amputee expected double by 2050, straining limited capacity prosthetics services. Without proper and timely prosthetic interventions, with major lower-limb loss experience adverse mobility outcomes, including independence, lowered quality life, decreased life expectancy. Presently, use digital technology (e.g., 3D imaging, processing, printed sockets) contended viable solution this problem. paper uses system dynamics modeling assess impact service provision. Our simulation model represents patient-care continuum market system, providing feedback-rich causal theory how impacts corollary socio-health-economic outcomes over time. With sufficient resources for formation expansion services, our work suggests an increased proportion prosthesis usage improved associated health-economic outcomes. Accordingly, findings could provide decision support health policy better mitigate accessibility problem bolster social usage.
